the location is VERY convenient. staff were helpful. breakfast included eggs, bacon, and a variety of breads. also, it offered a continental selection.
the room had no Air conditioning. the fan did LITTLE to keep the room COOL during the day.

The location was very convenient. Victoria Station is just a short walk. The staff was helpful. They promptly addressed all my requests. Breakfast was cooked to order. I especially enjoyed the English breakfast. The room had a mini bar fridge. It also had a kettle.
My room lacked bedside tables.

The location was really central. I walked to many attractions. The staff were ALWAYS available and friendly, REALLY making the experience smooth. The room had tea and coffee facilities, a nice touch.
The elevator was occasionally slow. I sometimes used the stairs.
